These providers process information only as needed to provide Veralore's services.

Family memory content is not sold. Veralore does not sell personal information.

Veralore may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

Family Content and Privacy

Family photos, recordings, prompts, transcripts, and stories are intended for the family space that created them.

Family administrators and invited family members may be able to view, add, edit, export, or share family content depending on their role and the feature being used.

Families should only upload photos, names, phone numbers, and stories they have permission to use.

Retention and Choices

Veralore keeps family content while the family account is active or as needed to provide exports, billing, legal compliance, security, and backup functions.

Families can request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account information and family content.

SMS text nudges can be turned off from the family phone setup page or by replying STOP to a text message.

Security

Veralore uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect family content and account information.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, so families should use care when inviting members, sharing private links, and uploading sensitive content.

Children

Veralore is intended for adults creating and managing family memory spaces. It is not directed to children under 13.
