Questions families ask
Does Veralore replace their voice with AI?
No. You hear the original recording. A written version may be transcribed and edited to help you read it. The recording stays original.
Does my loved one need an account or an app?
No. You set everything up. Their phone or tablet connects with a 6-digit code or a link you send, and opens in the web browser. There is nothing to download from an app store and no password for them to remember.
What if they are not in the mood to talk?
Nothing is due. A question waits on their screen until they feel like answering, and they can stop a recording whenever they want.
Can the rest of the family take part?
Yes. Invite relatives to send their own questions, even recorded in their own voice. You can also share a single story with a private link.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online from Manage billing in your family space. If you cancel before the 14-day trial ends, you are not charged. Refunds and cancellation.
Can we download everything?
The family owner can download available original recordings, photos, stories, transcripts, and memoir material. Keep a separate copy of important memories. Our Data & export policy explains access and retention. Read Data & export.
