Core and Heirloom currently include the same archive and memoir features. Heirloom does not currently add storage capacity or exclusive tools. Service usage limits apply to both.
Choose Core Monthly for the lowest monthly price, or Core Annual for a lower total cost over a year. Heirloom is no longer offered to new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep their access and can review their plan in Manage billing.

Who sets everything up?
A family member manages setup, photos, questions, and billing from the family dashboard. The loved one gets a simpler screen for telling and revisiting stories.
Does my loved one need a new device?
Veralore runs in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. Recording requires a working microphone and browser permission. Your family can help connect the device during setup.
Is the family archive public?
The family archive is private. Share only with the people you choose, and ask your loved one’s permission before recording or sharing their stories.
